Join us for one of our Connect Group sessions on Wednesday nights at TWC West for a new way to connect and step into purpose! Connect Groups have been designed specifically for those at TWC who are not connected to a Community Group. Connect Groups offer a place to come connect with others in the church while learning about a specific topic.

Connect Groups F.A.Q.

  • What are Connect Groups?
    • Connect Groups are our Wednesday night alternative to MidWeek services. These groups are for anyone who is not yet connected to a Community Group but wants to connect to others in the church. We will offer different curriculums each session (see additional information below).  
  • When are Connect Groups offered?
    • Connect Groups will take place in three 6-week sessions throughout the year. 
  • What is covered in Connect Groups?
    • Connect Groups take place in-person during three 6-week sessions throughout the year. A different topic will be covered during each 6-week session. The dates and tentative topics are as followed:
      • Spring Session | Financial Peace University | January 18th, January 25th, February 8th, February 15th, February 22nd, March 8th, March 22nd, March 29th
      • Summer Session | MessengerX Series with John Bevere | May 10th, May 17th, May 24th, May 31st, June 14th, June 21st
      • Fall Session | MessengerX Series with John Bevere | September 13th, September 20th, October 11th, October 18th
  • Do I need to register for Connect Groups?
    • Yes! So that we have enough resources available for everyone, we ask that you please register to attend Connect Groups. You can do so through our TWC Website. 
  • Is there childcare for Connect Groups?
    • Yes! Childcare is offered for those that register. The upfront cost is $40/child each session, with a cap at $80 total. This means that you will only pay for 2 children max. Childcare is non-refundable and cannot be added after the start of the Connect Group session.
  • What about Encounter?
    • Encounter will still take place on the first Wednesday night of each month. Connect Groups will not meet on the week of Encounter.
  • What about Community Groups?
    • Community Groups will continue as normal. We will offer a variety of groups on different days of the week that cover a variety of interests. We’d love for you to join us at one of our groups! You can see more about them on our TWC Wesbsite.
  • Can I attend Connect Groups if I’m already in a Community Group?
    • You are welcome to attend both if the Connect Group session interests you, but we want to encourage you to attend either a Community Group or Connect Groups. If you’re in a Community Group and there’s a Connect Group topic that interests you, speak with your Community Group leader about maybe doing the curriculum during your Community Group!
